At Seashell Suites, we will do our utmost to allow you the uninterrupted space to enjoy our abundant and beautiful natural oceanfront habitat, while being ever so mindful of our responsibilities to keep your private suite free of harmful toxins and chemicals which might interfere with your rest and enjoyment of our spectacular world.
All of our eight (8) luxury two bedroom suites have been constructed with low impact building materials to not adversely affect your rest or your health negatively during your stay with us. Our floors are all tile with latex free grouts, our paints used are no VOC's, our countertops are solid granite without formaldehyde plywoods, our tubs are Kohler cast iron and our bedding pure cottons. Even all of our fences and decking, planters and decorative carpentry are pure second and third growth cedar. No toxic pressure treated lumbers are found on our premises. The results for you, our guests, is to feel refreshed and rested during your stay with us.

GOLF & TENNIS: Aquarina Country Club, (3 miles north of our resort) is a professionally rated par 72, 18 hole course on 4,302 yards of beautifully landscaped grounds surrounded with mangroves and an abundance of Florida natural wildlife. Tennis is also available with 6 lighted Har-Tru impeccably maintained courts, with a tennis pro on site. Spessard Holland Golf Course, (an Arnold Palmer Signature Course) is located 10 miles north of our resort. This is a par 67 course with 5,200 yards fronting the Indian River with a driving range. There are 10 more public courses south of the resort (within 10 miles) all par 72,ranging from 3,600 to 7,060 yards.   BOATING & FISHING: Honest John's FishCamp,www.honestjohnsfishcamp.com established in the 1880's, is truly the plantation style Florida offering boat, canoe, and kayak rentals daily. Take an Eco-Tour with Dolphin Girl Cruises on a 30 passenger pontoon boat in the Indian River and Banana River Lagoons. Enjoy an afternoon watching the manatees, or playing with the otters, and of course you are sure to run into some dolphins showing off in the river. For off shore fishing, Captain Dick Catri offers half and full day boat charters and rentals, or surf cast fish right off of our beach (best fishing in Florida!)

SEBASTIAN INLET STATE PARK: World renowned for surfing and fishing competitions, the Sebastian Inlet State Park is Florida's number one outdoor fun spot and scenic wonder on the east coast. There is an abundance of activities to take advantage of - fishing, picnicking, swimming, surfing, snorkeling & scuba diving, bird watching, and hiking on the nature trails through the Florida mangrove forest and the palm oak hammock. There is a gift shop, concession and two historical museums to tour - the Sebastian Fishing Museum and the McLarty Treasure Museum.

 

RESTAURANTS: Within 15 miles north and south of our resort you will find a variety of restaurants - Rosati's Italian/American Cuisine (4 miles north), New England Eatery Seafood (7 miles north), Coconut Cove German/American (9 miles north), Long Point Restaurant & Cafe (1 mile south) and the Sebastian Beach Inn (3 miles north) featuring live blues & reggae on the beach every weekend. There is also a plaza with a grocery store, salons & boutiques as well as a bait & tackle shop nearby.
 

Suites:Our two bedroom one bath suites are uniquely furnished and feature a pillow top queen sized King Koil mattress in each of the two bedrooms. Each suite is furnished with a 52" flat screen plasma HD TV in the living room and 32" flat screen TV in the master suite.. a stereo system, love seat and sofa, ceiling fans and dining area with granite kitchen counters and seating which will accomodate four. Healthfully constructed of no offgassing materials like glues or formaldehydes, your rest and relaxtion and healthful stay are assured. You will sleep deep and restful.
